• 1 OYAKATA Pork Ramen soup
• 200 g minced pork
• Leek
• Garlic – 1 clove
• 1 chilli pepper
• Ginger
• 1 tablespoonful miso
• 1 tablespoonful soy sauce
• ½ tablespoonful sesame oil
• ½ tablespoonfuls chilli sauce (optional)
• 1 tablespoonful sake
• 1 tablespoonful mirin
• Sesame oil
• Soy sprouts
Slice the leek. Briefly fry grated ginger, chopped garlic and chilli on a pan. Add minced pork, leek and fry on medium heat. Add soy sauce, miso, sake, mirin, sesame oil and chilli sauce (as you choose). Prepare the OYAKATA Miso Ramen soup in accordance with the instructions on the packaging. Add the prepared meat, leek and sprouts to the soup.
